June 2020 Update
We’ll be upfront with you that your order may take longer to arrive. Please allow a delay of up to 14 days for your order to arrive. We know it’s an ask, and your order may well arrive within normal Standard Delivery timeframes, but we are doing everything we can to get your order to you within our usual service levels. We appreciate your patience and we’ll keep you updated of any changes.
Is your order shipping outside of the UK? Please make sure to check Royal Mail (UK) daily COVID-19 International Bulletin to see if your parcel could be delayed. We are working closely with our carriers to ensure you receive your parcel within the stated time frames.
UK Standard Delivery
All orders are delivered by Royal Mail (UK) or their Partners.
Usually received within 3-5 working days* once dispatched.
Orders with addresses outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail (UK).
Usually received within 12-16 working days* once dispatched.
To ensure there are no mistakes and that Royal Mail (UK) has all the correct address information, our system verifies your address with your postcode. We may be unable to process orders to certain addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you (and your skin) to be happy. So, if you’re not totally satisfied - we can offer a refund or exchange.
Returning your items.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you.
Please email us your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products to: email@example.com.
We aim to process returns within fourteen working days of receiving them. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we shall notify the Customer of the refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods and the funds should appear in the Customer’s account within 3 to 5 days of notification.
If you have purchased through one of our stockists, you will need to visit them directly for a return or exchange.
